Episode 60 - Know Your Mid-Majors: Ivy League

When you hear the term "Ivy League," what's the first thing that comes to mind?

The Ivy League consists of the oldest, most prestigious institutions of higher learning in the United States.  This is a conference that doesn't hand out athletic scholarships (1 of 2 in Division I), doesn't have a conference tourney to determine their automatic bid (it goes instead to the regular season champs - the only Division I conference to do so), and costs a lot to attend school here.

The schools of the Ivy League are:
  • Brown
  • Columbia
  • Cornell
  • Dartmouth
  • Harvard
  • Penn
  • Princeton
  • Yale
